Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. While most orders adhere to this timeframe, orders to the west coast of the country may experience an extra day in transit.

In cases of high order volume, shipments may be subject to slight delays. Rest assured, if your shipment faces significant delays, we'll reach out to you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

For orders totaling $0–$29.99: $5.99
Orders of $30 or more: Free shipping
Please note that overnight delivery is available only for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Upon shipping, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please be aware that Middle Road Energy is not liable for customs and taxes associated with your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and other related costs.

Damages:

While we take every care to ensure the safe transit of your products, we cannot assume responsibility for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, kindly initiate a claim with the shipment carrier. Ensure you preserve all packaging materials and damaged items as part of the claims process.

International Shipping Policy:

As of now, we exclusively ship within the continental United States and do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

We strive to verify shipping addresses provided during checkout to ensure UPS recognition. If we are unable to validate the address, we will make every effort to contact you for an updated address. In the event we cannot update the address, your order will be canceled and refunded. We regret that Middle Road Energy cannot assume responsibility if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, resulting in the inability to recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:

Should you encounter a situation where your order hasn't arrived, yet the shipping carrier reports it as delivered, please notify us promptly.

We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and involve local law enforcement. We will either replace your order or issue a refund upon completion of the investigation.
